3 Steps to Clear Intentions

A common theme I see when I begin working with a client for one-on-one intuition coaching is what they think they want and what they think they are doing are not actually so.

The person will be adamant that they are taking the right actions. I then ask, “Are you getting what you want?”

Of course they’re not.

Here are three steps to unblock you (everyone has blocks, no one escapes blocks!):

Step #1 You have to accept how things are. This does not mean be a “doormat” or compromise. When you acknowledge the depth of your reality, the underlying blockages will be revealed to you.

Step #2 Compare your thought process to your actions. A good way to ensure the truth of your actions is to speak with someone you can confide in and trust. If you feel unsafe or judged, you won’t reveal your true thoughts. Your confidant can act as a barometer to help you sense when your actions are out of alignment with your desires.

Step #3 Focus on one block at a time. When you recognize a core negative belief, it takes time to unravel if it has laid dormant within you for some time. By bringing attention to this one area and working on deep internal transformation, you will purge the limitation and stop it returning in the near future.

These 3 steps will lay the foundation for your intentions to manifest successfully in your life.

Affirm: “I accept my core beliefs have no power over me. I willing release my blockages and allow my spirit and soul to align with my higher purpose now.”
