I must confess I am a psychic but I don’t have all the answers. What I can share are experiences from my own life that may give you clarity. I am constantly in awe of how God guides my life. I have come to learn there truly is a higher plan. If you have any pain, doubt, fear or disappointment in your life right now (most people do), I encourage you to stop struggling. It’s a choice that comes from your state of mind.

This past week, I watched Don Yoon, 37 give a response at a press conference about the F/A-18D Hornet jet that crashed into his home and killed his wife Youngmi Lee, 36 (she’s the same age as me), the couple’s, daughters two-month-old Rachel and 15-month old Grace, and his mother-in-law, Seokim Kim, 60. My jaw dropped open as I became privy to this devastating event.

I asked God silently “Why do things like this happen? And to good people?” The inner voice that spoke back to me said, “Live each moment in gratitude. Your life is precious. How you see life, what you do in each moment is up to you.”

Tragedy reminds me to live in grace, accept people’s lack of awareness and to forgive myself for my own mistakes.

Halloween is a mystical day of the year because the veil between the world of the living and dead is very thin.

If you want to dip your toe into the world of spirit communication, I recommend you psychically protect yourself first. I say this not to frighten you; I want you to be aware that the spirit world is not to be played with. You wouldn’t want to unknowingly call upon an earthbound spirit (otherwise known as a lost soul). These ghosts can make themselves comfortable in your aura and you won’t even know it. Then they can cause chaos.

Before you go out to for your Halloween festivities, there’s a nice little psychic protection technique you can use to keep your aura shiny and clear.

Take a few deep breaths to center and ground yourself first. Now visualize a shield of white luminous light all around you. I like the visual of a shield because it helps make the visualization stronger.

See the white light in your mind’s eye (positioned between your eyebrows on your forehead), sense it, know it and imagine what this white light would sound like?

The effect of this psychic protection technique is any earthbound spirits will be repelled by this higher vibration. Ghosts and negative entities are attracted to you when you are off balance and upset. If you decide to have a few alcoholic drinks to celebrate Halloween, be aware that you’re more likely to pick up other people’s pain because alcohol can weaken the natural strength of your aura.

I recommend you ask your guides to set up an automatic field of protection at all times, therefore when you are tired or stressed, you’ll have a natural defense mechanism in place to keep you safe and well.

I must confess I was reluctant to re-enter cyberspace after my weekend adventure in Arroyo Grande, CA. I attended a Native American ceremony called Long Dance that I was hesitant to attend. Why?

This ceremony spiritually kicks your butt in the sweetest way. The day before I was scheduled to hit the road my back went out and I had sharp shooting pains behind my heart from a trapped nerve. Coincidence?

Absolutely not!

It turned out the driver worked on the ranch and knew specific directions to the ceremonial site.

After an amazing four-hour sweat lodge on Friday led by the wonderful Hua Anwa, my back pain was 90% healed on Saturday night and I managed to dance until 6am (a small miracle).
