<li>Do you know how to prioritize your decisions?</li>
<li>Are you overwhelmed yet?</li>
</ul>
<p>Don&#8217;t blame yourself if you procrastinate or slip into denial. It takes persistent practice to make smart fast decisions.</p>
<p>The more you practice, the faster you&#8217;ll trust yourself.</p>
<p>Let&#8217;s take a look at the seven basic steps of successful decision-making.</p>
<p><strong>1. Stop Thinking</strong></p>
<p>Do you know why you get overwhelmed? Exhausted? Irritable? Frustrated? Worried? Stressed? Doubtful?</p>
<p>The problem is thoughts are swimming in your head, tons of thoughts. They don&#8217;t stop until you make a decision.</p>
<p>Do you know why you don’t make an important decision?</p>
<p>Because you&#8217;re always thinking, and even when you think you&#8217;re not thinking, you are!</p>
<p>You&#8217;re on autopilot and decisions that need to be made are still swimming in your head. Then when you reach your deadline and have to decide, you make a poor choice because you feel rushed or lack clarity.</p>
<p>When you become aware of your thoughts you can stop thinking.</p>
<p>Here&#8217;s what you need to do next…</p>
<p><strong>2. Create Space to Feel What You&#8217;re Really Feeling</strong></p>
<p>Each thought has an emotion attached to it. That&#8217;s why the more decisions you put off making, the more overwhelmed you will get.</p>
<p>Overwhelm creeps up on you slowly. It starts off as doubt, turns into worry, increases to stress, leads to irritability, frustration and finally exhaustion and overwhelm.</p>
<p>Would you like to bypass that rollercoaster of feelings when you have to make an important decision?</p>
<p>You&#8217;ve got to allow yourself to feel. When you numb your emotions, they become destructive.</p>
<p>Grab a pen and paper, no excuses and let yourself feel.</p>
<p>What do you feel?</p>
<p><strong>3. Write Down a Challenging Decision You Need to Make</strong></p>
<p>When you experience denial, you don&#8217;t even know what you need to decide. This is a great way to cause chaos, miscommunication and upset in your life. The problem is not going to go away.</p>
<p>Do you leave your job? Stay in the unfulfilling relationship? Ask for a raise? Spend money on a much-needed vacation when a credit card debt is due?</p>
<p>Don&#8217;t skip over this. Write down your question.</p>
<p><strong>4. Ask Yourself Why You Have to Make This Decision</strong></p>
<p>When you look at the question you&#8217;ve written down, ask yourself why this decision is important to you.</p>
<p>For example: Do I end my relationship with boyfriend?</p>
<p>There&#8217;s a reason why you feel like you need to make a decision. You need to use your intuition to look inwards and discover your true feelings. The only reason you don&#8217;t have the answer or are scared to see the truth is because you have an unconscious fear.</p>
<p>When you break down the decision-making process into steps, it removes fear.</p>
<p>This opens you to the energy of creation.</p>
<p><strong>5. Create the Outcome You Want</strong></p>
<p>You know what you want. What stops you deciding is fear of making the wrong choice.</p>
<p>There is no poor choice if you&#8217;re doing the best you can.</p>
<p>Close your eyes and bring your awareness to your solar plexus (a few inches above the belly button and below the heart). Now move your awareness inside this space.</p>
<p>Feel deep inside yourself. You are connecting to your Will that guides you to live purposefully.</p>
<p>You will always make the best choice when you make decisions from this space of awareness.</p>
<p><strong>6. Release Attachment to the Result</strong></p>
<p>Once you&#8217;ve made a decision; let go of how you think things are going to turn out.</p>
<p>If you worry or obsess over your choice; you&#8217;ll drive yourself nuts.</p>
<p>What&#8217;s done is done. There is a learning curve in using your intuition to ensure good decision-making.</p>
<p>Better to decide, than let people, circumstances and life control you.</p>
<p><strong>7. Allow Yourself to Receive Intuitive Guidance</strong></p>
<p>The biggest mistake I see people make is they look for answers outside of themselves.</p>
<p>Can you get quiet enough to hear your inner guidance?</p>
<p>The guidance is always there. In fact every aspect of your sixth sense is giving you support.</p>
<p>Do you know how each one of your intuitive senses can give you guidance?</p>
<p>When you are in tune with your intuition, you&#8217;ll feel confident about your next step.</p>
<p>When you allow intuition, it will become a strong presence in your life.</p>
<p><strong>Tune In, Trust It</strong></p>
<p>It&#8217;s simple to make successful decisions once you get in tune with your intuition. Depending on how receptive you are will determine how fast you trust yourself.</p>
<p>Start off with making small decisions faster and then when you feel ready, tackle the more challenging choices you need to make.</p>
<p>Keep following these 7-steps above and you&#8217;ll soon eliminate self-doubt and become a powerful leader.</p>

<p>I know, I’ve been there. I put myself through excruciating low self-esteem because I allowed my senses to get lazy and I rolled along in life, all the while fear and worry were building beneath the surface of my seemingly good life.</p>
<p>Stop letting life happen to you and create the life you want. I see so many people think they don’t have control over their circumstances whether it’s in a relationship, business partnership or finances.</p>
<p>“You aren’t powerless. It’s just not true”.</p>
<p>Here are my Top 3 Tips to kickstart your Intuition that I recommend. If you choose to practice just one of these tips, you will experience positive transformation in your life.</p>
<p><strong>1. Get Centered</strong></p>
<p>I know, it sounds so simple, “Get centered”. It is when you allow yourself.</p>
<p>Still stuck with this concept?</p>
<p>Ok, think about what happens when you are energetically out of alignment. You may feel distracted, overwhelmed, exhausted, scattered, unfocused.</p>
<p>Why?</p>
<p>When your aura opens too wide, it is susceptible to outside energies that you do not have conscious awareness of. People and situations begin to enter your space that you may not want into your space.</p>
<p>How do you get centered?</p>
<p>I draw my awareness inwards. I visualize it moving inside my body. This helps me to sense how far open my aura is. Then I focus on its most extended point and I intention it inwards.</p>
<p>Dear folks, this takes a lot of practice however, once you’ve mastered it, you will have more energy, clarity, serenity and happiness.</p>
<p><strong>2. Active Listening</strong></p>
<p>There’s listening and there’s LISTENING.</p>
<p>Trust me, you’re not really listening 90% of the time.</p>
<p>I constantly catch myself when I loose focus. The difference is because I use my intuition and I have a deeper sense of awareness, I’m able to quickly course correct when I’m zoning out and missing the truth of what someone is sharing and to hear the wisdom of my spirit guides.</p>
<p><strong>3. Feel with Your Gut</strong></p>
<p>I wonder why clairsentience is referred to as “Gut Instinct”?</p>
<p>I want you to move out of your head now. You think you know what gut instinct is however there are a multitude of feelings that have different meanings to help you determine the outcome of a future situation when you are truly attuned to your core awareness.</p>
<p>It takes commitment and courage to feel what’s really going on, especially when it’s something unpleasant.</p>
<p>Look at it this way, if you don’t address the truth of your situation now, it’s not going to go away and it’ll likely turn out worse than if you’d allowed yourself to feel the energy. You’d be prepared and be able to create a better outcome.</p>
<p>Try practicing one of the intuition techniques today every day for seven days and see what happens. It’s a good idea to journal your insights, they can be very insightful.</p>

<p><strong>Tip #1</strong><br />
Connect to Intention. Dr Wayne Dyer is a great inspiration to me. I love his book, “The Power of Intention.” Through intention, I created an affirmation that I suggest you write down on a 3 X 5 card and read upon rising in the morning and before going to sleep at night to imprint this goal into the unconscious part of your mind. The affirmation is “Every day, I am becoming more and more psychic.”</p>
<p><strong>Tip #2</strong><br />
You have to believe that you are psychic. When I first began psychic reading, I wondered if I was making up the information for my clients. I thought that perhaps I had a wild imagination! Fear would creep in for me because I wanted to get it right. Internally I felt paralyzed when I shared the things I was seeing, hearing, feeling. I focused on accessing the quality of TRUST. I connected to the small quite voice within that said “Joanna, it’s okay, give the information and all will turn out well.” When I heard the other voice “You’re making it up. Don’t say it, you’ll look stupid!”</p>
<p><strong>Tip #3</strong><br />
PRACTICE! PRACTICE! PRACTICE! The way I overcame my fear was to keep psychic reading. After each reading, I received confirmation that the information was correct. The more I read, the more confident I became and so now over 1,000 psychic readings later, I still hear the voice of doubt inside however the voice of trust is more strongly developed inside me. I acknowledge the voice of doubt and I do not follow its instruction. Do not give up, the psychic pathway is a rich and rewarding experience!</p>
<p><strong>Tip #4</strong><br />
Open your heart and your mind to being a receiver. Visualize the top of your head as a “radio antennae” that can pick up psychic transmissions through the airwaves. Radio waves are invisible to the human eye yet we know they exist or how would we hear people and music on the radio? Let your senses pick up on the unseen energies that exist around you.</p>
<p><strong>Tip #5</strong><br />
Breathe! I cannot stress this enough. As you awaken your psychic senses, you will notice that you become more sensitive. You may experience these feelings because your mind, body and soul will be attracting more energy than it is used to feeling. By the simple action of deep focused breaths, you will clear any excess energy enabling you to remain calm and centered.</p>
<p><strong>Tip #6</strong><br />
Meditation! I do some form of meditation every day. You may like to try a guided meditation CD to help you focus. Many of my clients have told me that they find it hard to sit, be still and meditate, too many thoughts arise for them and they feel bad that they cannot be perfect at meditation. There is no such thing as a perfect meditation! You could try “Soul Abundance” my guided meditation CD. It takes you on a powerful inner journey through visualization that will definitely heighten your psychic senses!</p>
<p><strong>Tip #7</strong><br />
Listen! Do you notice how much inner chatter is constantly active inside your head? Are you aware of the thoughts you are having? I suggest you practice active listening. It is amazing how this simple action brings your focus inwards. As you hear your thoughts, observe them, do not judge. You will be able to assess how positive or negative your thoughts are and that you can have positive and negative occur simultaneously. This exercise will better prepare you for clairaudience, known as the ability of psychic listening.</p>
<p><strong>Tip #8</strong><br />
Focus! Do you find yourself easily distracted? Are you fully conscious and aware in your environment right now? Focus upon being present in your environment. Observe what surrounds you.
