Naughty Subconscious Thought

I have to admit, I’ve been trying to keep on top of all my responsibilities: work, family and staying connected with friends.

I catch my naughty subconscious thought “Joanna, there aren’t enough hours in the day“.

You know what that thought does to me?

Makes me panic. Yes, the cool intuition coach (that’s me) gets a little overwhelmed. I get concerned that I’m not giving enough of myself. I then get exhausted. I also move into denial because as I’m writing to you, I realized I began to write “she” instead of “I”!

STOP! As soon as you’re conscious of your energy moving into a tailspin. Stop what you are doing. If you resist the energy, it makes things worse.

Meeting anger with anger only increases it. Getting frustrated by someone’s frustration will not serve anyone.

When you pause in your day, you create the space for receptivity. Have you ever stepped away from a problem, thinking there is no solution and then it’s worked itself out all on it’s own?

I know you are all busy. I know you all have a lot of responsibilities. I urge you to take five minutes to just be. No excuses! You won’t regret it.
