On the 12th Day of Christmas my True Love said to me…

It is a sad day for the British Airways Chief Executive Willie Walsh, the beginning of the end, even with a ruling in British Airways favor.

The Christmas strike is likely to be averted next Tuesday, but chaos will still ensue.

It is likely that only 50 percent of the British Airways employees will show up for work and there will be much dragging of heels. Scheduled flights will experience long delays and there will be unexpected cancellations.

If you’re still brave enough to travel, go with hand baggage! There will be last minute unofficial strike action. Ground staff will be hiding out, nagging and complaining over a KitKat and a cup of tea, while families with young children wait for several hours for their luggage.

Unfortuantely, Tony Woodley and Derek Simpson of the Unite Union will contribute to the demise of British Airways. What has been a difficult 2009 for BA, will lead to a catastrophic 2010. This calculated fight for a BA workers Christmas strike will result in those employees eventually being out of a job. Ironically, some of those BA workers will secretly wish for a job at Virgin Airways, even if it means being paid 50% less.

If only Tony and Derek understood that Willie Walsh’s plans for 2010 are not to take advantage of BA workers but to save the company from collapse.

Strike or no strike, the damage is already done and millions of travelers will forego British Airways for a different airline.

The only way for British Airways to survive long term will be bailout money from the British government much like the U.S. bailed out GM.

This is a powerful time of year as we have just completed the Fall Equinox (September 21-22) and we are moving into a time of increased opportunity for manifesting.

What does the future hold for you?

When you know what you want. When you have absolute clarity. When your thoughts are 100% positive, you can create miracles in your life. Financial blockages can be eliminated, you can meet the love of your life (soul mate) and you can make money doing what you love, it doesn’t even feel like your working.

You need to commit to developing your awareness everyday. What would happen if you stopped brushing your teeth? It’s the same principle for cultivating spiritual awareness.

1. The first step is revealing your unconscious blocks.
2. The second step is developing your intuition and psychic skills.
3. The third step is creating a new way of perceiving your self and your environment.
4. The fourth step is choosing a new set of actions.
5. The fifth step is thinking about the benefits of these actions. The “Why?”
6. The sixth step is developing a strong inner mind to reinforce this new way of thinking.
7. The seventh step is to take bold action (don’t hesitate, doubt, fear your actions) and keep moving forward.

I’m still experiencing some of the consequences of my past actions but I keep digging deep and accepting I’m doing the best I can (typing with one hand, as feeding baby Dominick with the other!)

It’s been several months since I’ve connected with you and I’m excited to be writing again and sharing my heart with you. This week I returned online and noticed how some Self Help and Business Coaching experts on Facebook and Twitter sound the same. Their words seem knowledgeable and powerful but on a soul level, something is missing.

Stepping away from the world of Social Media and now having a son as my priority, has shifted my perspective. I feel now, more than ever, it is beneficial to dig deep into your soul and ask yourself these questions:

Why am I here? What is my purpose?

After I gave birth to Dominick, the trauma of my near death experience and weeks of sleep deprivation, I have to confess I felt disconnected from spirit. Yes, me the psychic in the dark.

That was pretty scary because I’m so used to being tuned in. I had no desire to do anything. It felt like my life was over and I asked myself, “What am I meant to do with the rest of my life?”

After Nick and I visited Colorado (Dominick took his first flight at 4 weeks old!), I felt a renewed sense of purpose. It was quite a relief.

I’m sure you can relate to putting on a bright positive exterior when you feel crap inside, vulnerable, unsure. I’ve done that so many times because it seems easier, less painful than saying how one truly feels.
